เรือลำแรกชื่อ Never Cloud ระวางบรรทุก 80 ตู้ เป็นของ STA
จึงมีบลจในตลาดหลักทรัพย์ 2 แห่งที่เสียหาย และเกี่ยวข้องโดยตรง
คือ STA (ไม่ทราบตัวเลขความเสียหาย)
และ ตู้ containers ของ RCL เสียหาย 20 ล้าน
เรื่องถูกปิดเงียบ ไม่มีการรายงานใดๆทั้งสิ้นในประเทศไทย
ทั้งนี้ อาจจะเพราะเกี่ยวข้องกับตู้ containers ปริศนา 7 ใบใต้ท้องทะเลอ่าวไทยที่ เสมสาร
ที่รัฐบาลพยายามโกหกประชาชนว่า เป็นเรื่องยุ่งยาก และต้องใช้งบมหาศาลในการกู้ขึ้นมา

Sea Transport Incident in South Thailand, Trang Province
Reputable shipping operators and MLO's in Thailand have told IMTnews of their concerns that the incident has been met with silence in Thailand, even though it affects the country's export and transportation reputation and sets dangerous precedents if ignored.
The impact upon the region in the south by the refusal of some companies to send empty shipping containers due to these incidents, is also a grave concern.
They hope that the government will take note of the issue and work with stakeholders in the industry as well as the media to ensure that lessons are learned from the incidents and that appropriate measures are taken.
Sources say that the incident was not reported to the marine department, not reported to the maritime police, not reported to the customers, and not reported to Penang Port.
There is no notice of the accident on the websites of the SriTrang Group at this time.
